I am a Healthcare Provider that sends my patients to Gnosis for testing, how do I set up an account for the Gnosis portal?
At this time, the setup of online portal accounts for healthcare providers only is managed directly by our Client Success team. To initiate the process, please reach out to our dedicated support team by phone or email.
When contacting us, please provide the following information:
- Your name and professional credentials.
- The name of your healthcare facility or practice.
- Your contact information (phone number and email address).
