For over a decade, our Hemet location has serviced our community with fast, convenient, and trusted testing. Today, we continue to offer onsite bloodwork services (including specimen collection and processing for walk-in patients). Please note that we do not take appointments, but are first-come, first-served. If you are looking for test results, please contact your provider.

Services: On-site bloodwork. All other Gnosis tests can be taken or dropped of at this location and processed via our laboratory in Orange

Lab Processing Center

Our advanced specimen lab is where our team of dedicated scientists and technicians currently process all CorrectRx, Toxicology and Infectious Disease specimens received from our network of providers as well as our patient service center. Working as a clinical laboratory, this facility is unable to receive patients for walk-in testing and specimen collection. While we do not perform any patient services here, we are able to offer customer support via our client success team and contact details below.

Preparing for your visit

We want you to have the best possible experience when visiting a Gnosis lab. Easy, accessible, fast. In order to do that, sometimes it’s important that you take a few extra steps to prepare before you see us. Sometimes this could include fasting, drinking less water than usual, abstaining from medications, and many other things. To ensure the accuracy of your test, please be sure to ask your doctor if they want you to take any special steps before your test.

If you’re delivering a specimen, please be sure to follow proper procedures when transporting.

When you arrive, please be sure to bring:

  • Your Gnosis or other test request slip from your healthcare professional
  • Your current insurance card (Medicare, or private insurance card)
  • A photo ID (driver’s license, passport, employee ID)
  • Your HSA card, credit card, or debit card for payment
